A photographer can appear prominently in one AI answer and be less visible when a buyer asks a different question. Our Ai VIsibility audit examined that difference for a commercial photography business.
We carried out an AI visibility audit to review how the business appeared in buyer questions about photography services. We examined the descriptions, recommendations and supporting sources recorded in the audit.

The report recorded a clear distinction between being described accurately and being included consistently. The business appeared in some relevant recommendations, but its presence varied across buyer needs. Pricing, turnaround and practical booking questions emerged as areas for closer attention.
The audit also flagged uneven descriptions across external profiles and limited supporting case study evidence. Some apparent profile matches needed ownership checks before being treated as information about the business.

The audit covered category discovery, specific customer needs, local evaluation and named comparisons. These examples paraphrase recorded prompts; location and business names have been removed.
The action plan recommended clearer pages for specific customer needs, more explicit information about process and deliverables, and stronger evidence of relevant work. It also proposed reviewing local service information and aligning profiles confirmed to belong to the business.

The audit produced a prioritised plan connecting buyer questions with information gaps. It gave the business specific areas to address and a basis for subsequent testing. No post-change visibility increase or enquiry result is claimed in this case study.
Client identity and commercially sensitive details are withheld. Findings describe the audit record and the questions reviewed, rather than every possible AI answer.
