Eight years after working with Big Bear, CCWS returned to us for a complete website redesign.
The London office design, fit-out and refurbishment business needed a website that reflected the quality of its work and the expertise of its team. The project brought together collaborative design, a bespoke Webflow build, and SEO and AI visibility foundations built in from launch.

For a business that designs and delivers workplaces, the website needs to show the same care and attention as the spaces themselves.
CCWS needed a clearer way to present its services, showcase completed projects and help prospective clients understand its approach.
There was also an opportunity to make ongoing publishing easier. Each new project or article should support the website’s search presence without creating a separate round of technical updates for the team.
Our aim was to give CCWS a website that looked the part, explained its expertise and made those publishing requirements part of the process.

Collaborative website design
We worked closely with CCWS’s interior design and project team to shape the website’s design and presentation.
Their input helped us connect the visual direction with the work they deliver, giving the site a clear focus on their spaces, services and project experience.
A complete Webflow rebuild
We fully redesigned and built the website in Webflow, with dedicated content structures for projects and articles.
This gives CCWS a consistent way to showcase completed work and publish advice as the business adds new content.
SEO and AI visibility from launch
We developed well-researched page content and project case studies to explain CCWS’s services, experience and expertise.
Alongside that content, we built the supporting SEO and AI visibility structures into the website. The aim was to help search engines and AI search tools understand what CCWS does and the evidence behind its capabilities.
A simpler process for publishing
We built the agreed technical SEO settings and structured data into the Webflow CMS templates.
When the team adds a project or article and completes the relevant content fields, the supporting structures publish with it. They do not need to recreate that technical setup for each new page.
This reduces repetitive work and the need to return to published content to add the same technical details. The team can focus on writing useful articles and documenting its projects.
Analytics and search monitoring
We installed analytics and set up Google Search Console, giving CCWS the tools to monitor website activity and performance in Google Search after launch.
Custom enquiry forms
We built a custom enquiry form with spam-reduction measures, designed to limit unwanted submissions while keeping the process straightforward for prospective clients.

CCWS now has a fully redesigned Webflow website that presents its work, services and expertise in a consistent format.
The project gives the team a practical publishing system, with SEO and AI visibility foundations included from launch and carried through its project and article templates.
For CCWS, that means less repeated technical work when publishing and a website ready to support ongoing content, search monitoring and client enquiries.
For Big Bear, it also marks the return of a client eight years after our earlier work together.
