This project taught Big Bear the importance of internal buy-in when it comes to big business changes such as rebranding and new online appearances. Regular brand revisions would lead to smaller investments and keeping that fresh and relevant look and feel.

Seeking to scale their business and increase brand awareness, Wiser Environment found Big Bear as an agency to help them achieve this. Working with their business development manager, the Big Bear team helped Wiser Environment add the necessary things in place to help them take their business to the next level.
The primary challenge for the marketing team at Wiser Environment was to communicate across the necessity of rebranding and strategic marketing to the directors and the teams not directly linked to the marketing department.
As an established company Wiser Environment needed to carefully manage change in order to not alienate their clients and internal teams. Big Bear understood their challenge and crafted solutions to help them find their balance.
Big Bear initiated the partnership with a comprehensive audit of the current position of Wiser Environment in the marketplace. By measuring their current marketing and brand strength, our team identified the opportunity for improvement and change.
The brand of the business had been with them for 20 years and no longer represented where they were in their industry as industry leaders. Our team considered these limitation and delivered on a total redesign of their brand identity including logo and comprehensive brand guidelines. Similar issue was faced with their website which was built on best practices from 2008, most of which were outdated for the standards in 2021.
The Wiser Environment team worked closely with the digital team at Big Bear to get insights on the trends and new changes in marketing. Through the versatile knowledge of our team, the Wiser Environment marketing team crafted their marketing strategies which helped them to achieve success.
Previously Wiser Environment had mixed experience with Paid Advertising which hasn’t led them to see any ROI. By assisting and setting up their Google Ads with successful campaigns and correct conversion tracking, we have allowed them to justify their investment into such marketing channel and see positive ROI.
